The Toy Association’s New Toy Building in El Segundo Draws High Interest

the new toy buildingFebruary 3, 2025 | The Toy Association’s Toy Building in El Segundo is attracting strong interest from companies eager to secure showroom space in the heart of the West Coast toy district. Demand from toy companies is so high that all showroom spaces on the first of four floors are currently on hold, prompting the early opening of a second floor for leasing well ahead of the crucial fall preview season.

“The enthusiasm surrounding The Toy Building has exceeded even our highest expectations,” said Kimberly Carcone, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association. “We officially announced the project less than one month ago, and the level of interest has been incredible. Companies are eager to secure their space, which speaks volumes about the need for a dedicated toy hub in El Segundo. This project represents the future of the toy industry, offering a premier location for companies to showcase their products and connect with key partners year-round.”

The Toy Association will have detailed renderings of The Toy Building available on-site at Toy Fair®, so anyone interested in participating will have the opportunity to visualize the innovative showroom spaces and learn more about leasing availability.
