Privacy Policy / Terms of Use
The Toy Association is committed to providing a safe cyber environment for parents, children, and people who are interested in the U. S. toy industry. We respect your privacy, and would like you to know what is done with any information that we collect through our website:
Browsing Toy Association web properties
(e.g. ToyAssociation.org, PlaySafe.org, TheGeniusOfPlay.org, and ToyFairNY.com)
Our sites log certain activity of visitors (i.e., how many total visitors we have, what the most popular pages are, etc.). However, that tracking is NOT done in such a way that it identifies the individual visitor.
Information You Give Us
All personal information collected by The Toy Association is securely stored, and will be used solely for identification and/or purposes stated when the information is requested. The Toy Association will not sell, distribute, or otherwise make available to third parties any information we collect on this site. Children, as always, are encouraged to check with their parents before providing any information on any website they visit.
The Association aggregates information from all visitors into log files in order to measure the total number of visitors to the website and how many visit each area within it. This helps the Association to learn about which areas are most popular and should be expanded and which are least popular and should be reduced or eliminated. The Toy Association does not belong to banner ad networks and does not access or allow access by other organizations. Currently, The Toy Association uses Google Analytics software to collect information about visits to our website.
Changes to our Privacy Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. The applications used by The Toy Association and our third-party vendors that process credit card payments are PCI compliant and use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software that is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Refund Policy
It is our policy that payments made for dues and exhibitor fees for Toy Fair and Fall Toy Preview are non-refundable. All registration fees for our trade shows are refundable up to six weeks prior to the event. Any cancellations made after that time are non-refundable.
