It will also cover how to assess product viability, develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, and execute effective sales and operations strategies to ensure success at physical retail locations. The webinar will also cover digital channels. Attendees will learn the following:

  • Selling to Retail Buyers: Discover the key differences between selling to retail buyers versus direct-to-consumer. Effective strategies for connecting with retail buyers and understanding their unique needs will be discussed.
  • The Scale Cycle: Learn about a 13-step process to successfully scale your product for mass retail. The three essential phases — assessment, preparation, and securing shelf space — will be shared, as well as provide actionable insights for launching brands into retail.
  • Perfecting Your Pitch: Master the art of crafting a compelling pitch to buyers. Presenters will walk through the key components of a pitch deck and explain how to create a pitch that could land product on retail shelves and drive significant growth.

The webinar will be presented by The Genesis Company’s Dan Bowling, president of Toy’n around (a division of Genesis), Chris Jensen, managing partner, and Jen Zygmunt, managing partner. Anne McConnell, The Toy Association’s senior director of market research & educational initiatives, will moderate.
