Additional Relief on the Way for Toys“R”Us Creditors Following October Settlement

December 7, 2022 | The Toy Association is alerting members that the Toys”R”Us Creditor Litigation Trust is currently coordinating distributions following a settlement reached in October between former executives of the company and creditors to the retailer. Details of the settlement have not been released. Payment is on the way for companies that already returned a W-9 form; suppliers that have not yet returned a W-9 must do so to receive their distribution in the coming weeks.
