Canadian Toy Association Webinar: How to Improve Your E-Comm Strategy for an Evolving Retail Landscape
March 10, 2022 | The Canadian Toy Association (CTA) is hosting a webinar on Thursday, April 7 that will discuss the rapid rise and evolution of e-commerce over the past two years and what it means for toymakers, their audience, and their strategy. Registration is now open.
Taking place at 2 p.m. (Eastern), “Things That Matter: E-Commerce” will look at how the digital shelf has changed and what factors are important to consider when selling online, including branding and content strategy, search optimization, packaging and more. It will also discuss best practices for social media integration, fulfillment models, and basic e-commerce fundamentals. A Q&A will follow the 30-minute presentation.
Chris Borycheski, director of sales and e-commerce at Crayola Canada will present. Serge Micheli, executive director of the CTA, will moderate.
The session will focus on e-commerce from a Canadian perspective but it is applicable to e-commerce operations everywhere. It is open to all toy professionals; it is specifically recommended for those involved in sales & marketing.
