Toy Association Annual General Meeting Set for Feb. 22
February 1, 2022 | The Toy Association is inviting members to attend its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be conducted virtually via Zoom on Tuesday, February 22 at 2 p.m. (Eastern).
Open to all Toy Association member companies, the meeting will include comments on the state of the Association from representatives of The Toy Association’s Executive Committee including Board Chairperson Skip Kodak of LEGO, Secretary/Treasurer Tim Kilpin of PlayMonster, and President & CEO Steve Pasierb. Board Chairperson Emeritus Bob Wann will lead the members in attendance in an electronic vote to approve new board members and term renewals. The newly elected Board Chairperson, to be determined, will then give remarks and report appointees to the Chairperson’s Board Advisory Committee. The meeting will conclude with an open question-and-answer session.
Three individuals representing member companies stand to serve their first two-year term: Bridgette Farrell Miller, chief marketing & sustainability officer at Melissa & Doug; Andy Keimach, president of VTech Electronics, North America; and Geoffrey Greenberg, co-president of Just Play.
