‘The Great Toybox Refresh’ Giveaway from The Genius of Play™ Reaches 156,000+ Consumers
July 15, 2023 | Forty Toy Association members participated in The Genius of Play™’s “The Great Toybox Refresh” giveaway, reaching more than 156,000 consumers with fun toys that promote screen-free play. From a telescope from Thames & Kosmos and a pretend backyard pizza set from Fat Brain Toys to a bounce castle from CocoNut and many more, each product was featured on The Genius of Play’s Facebook and Instagram.
Starting in April through the end of June, the social media campaign accumulated 7,477 total entries and 19,752 engagements, reaching 156,869 consumers during the spring and summer seasons. To enter the giveaway, consumers responded to tailored prompts within each post’s caption, driving organic engagement with The Genius of Play and the featured companies.
Open exclusively to Toy Association members, the campaign was a free promotional opportunity allowing participants to tap into The Genius of Play’s social media audience of parents, caregivers, and educators and showcase the developmental and fun aspects of their products.
