Price Reduced for Temporary Showroom Space at The Toy Building this Fall

May 30, 2025 | In a move to support the toy industry, The Toy Association™ has set a flat rate of $29 per square foot for all temporary showroom space at The Toy Building in El Segundo this fall. This new pricing is available to both Toy Association members and non-members for the 2025 fall preview period, running from August 25 through October 3.

“With the industry continuing to navigate a shifting business landscape and cost pressures from tariffs, our goal is to make The Toy Building as accessible as possible for all companies during the important fall preview season,” said Kimberly Carcone, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association. “Whether you are seeking a short-term solution or a permanent showroom, our team is ready to assist in finding the right fit.”

Long-term leases (3, 4, or 5 years) are also available, with move-in starting August 1. One floor has already sold out, so interested companies are encouraged to secure space soon.
