Carrera, Insect Lore, Playmobil USA, and more are among the latest companies to join the building.

The Toy Building, located at 101 Continental Blvd., is available for lease across four fully renovated floors, featuring 65 premium showrooms ready for move-in on August 1, 2025. Showroom space on the first available floor (12) is sold out, prompting the early opening of an additional floor for leasing ahead of the crucial fall preview season.

“The Toy Building is quickly becoming a premier destination for toy companies of all sizes to participate in preview activity and strengthen their market presence,” said Kimberly Carcone, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association. “The overwhelming demand, which led to our first floor selling out and the early opening of the second floor, is a testament to the industry’s enthusiasm for this new hub. The state-of-the-art space — by for people for toy people — is designed to bring our toy community together and drive the future of play, creating an ecosystem where toymakers and entertainment powerhouses can connect and thrive.”

Showrooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a range of suites from 624 to 2,524 square feet (or larger, by special approval only), for 3 to 5 year leases, or longer. Flexible options allow companies to build creative displays that enhance their entire product line while meeting diverse design needs and budgets.

The Toy Association has detailed renderings of The Toy Building available to prospective tenants. Anyone interested in exploring the showroom spaces and learning more about leasing opportunities may contact The Toy Association’s Laura Mangiaracina, director of sales.
