Christmas and Toy Companies are at Risk! Toy Association Member Survey Reveals Alarming Impact of 145% Tariffs

April 18, 2025 | The Toy Association™ recently conducted a member-wide survey to assess the potential business impact of the newly imposed 145% tariffs on toy imports from China. With responses from more than 400 member companies, the findings show that nearly half of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) state they may soon go out of business due to the current U.S. tariff policy.  

The Toy Association™ will be using these results to aggressively advocate for a tariff exemption for toys and ensure the voice of the toy industry is heard by congressional leaders and White House officials.
