Be a part of The Toy Association’s new Los Angeles location for Fall Previews 2025!
Los Angeles, specifically El Segundo aka “The Toy District”, is quickly becoming the center of the toy universe for Fall Previews giving retail buyers and other industry partners exclusive sneak peeks at what’s in store for the following year. Manufacturers from around the world gather during this time to showcase their latest creations in showrooms across the Los Angeles area including El Segundo, Malibu, Culver City and surrounding areas.
Based on input from tenants at this year’s Toy Association temporary showroom space at 2250 Imperial Hwy and other buildings within El Segundo, plans for a more permanent, long-term venue backed by the Toy Association for LA Previews will be announced early December 2024. The Toy Association’s location takes into consideration convenience, tenant needs and flexibility for expansion as LA Previews continues to grow and evolve. From timing and cost to size and amenities, the venue will be designed to accommodate companies of all sizes, whether large, medium, or emerging. Immediately after our official announcement in December, this new location will be available for toy companies to lease permanent space for move-in by August 1, 2025.

Showroom Space: If you are considering longer-term leased space in El Segundo’s “Toy District” for future Fall and Spring events and would like to be a part of a lockable, “suite style” build-out project led by the Toy Association, we want to hear from you. Once available, space in this project will be offered on a first come/first served basis, so understanding your ideal suite size (from 700 sq. ft. and up) and lease length (3 yr, 5 yr, or longer) will be critical to secure the best location for 2025 and beyond.
