Toys“R”Us Bankruptcy Update: Members Encouraged to View Unsecured Creditors’ Committee Website

April, 30 2018 | The Toy Association has been informed by Kramer Levin, legal counsel to Toys“R”Us’ Unsecured Creditors’ Committee (UCC), that the UCC will be posting certain updates and information online that may be of interest to members. The website, maintained by the UCC, includes information on recent events related to the Toys“R”Us case as well as other relevant information. 

In addition, Toys“R”Us filed their monthly financial report for March 2018 [Docket 2927] which includes information on payments to insiders, professionals, post-petition secured debt including the status of the DIP financing, an aging of trade payables, and other financial information. This report does not cover Toys“R”Us Canada.

The Toy Association will continue to monitor the status of the case and provide updates as necessary.
