Companies looking to establish or expand their presence in the Los Angeles Toy District can now secure space at The Toy Association’s Toy Building in El Segundo (101 Continental Boulevard) through a variety of leasing options, including long-term permanent showrooms as well as temporary spaces for Spring Preview (April 20 to 24) and Fall Preview (September 14 to 25) market weeks.

Demand has been strong: 65 showrooms have already been leased through the LA Fall Preview®, leaving just 19 showrooms remaining for the fall on a first-come, first-served basis. With preview activity continuing to grow, companies are encouraged to act quickly to secure space for the upcoming market weeks.

“The momentum we’re seeing at the Toy Building reflects how Los Angeles has become a key setting for focused, one-on-one preview meetings, alongside Toy Fair New York’s large-scale marketplace that draws buyers from around the world,” said Kimberly Carcone, executive vice president of global experiences at The Toy Association™. “From permanent showrooms that anchor long-term West Coast strategy to seasonal spaces that align with key market weeks, the model reflects how companies are planning their preview activity. With limited showrooms remaining, this is an important moment for brands finalizing their 2026 plans and securing the visibility they need.”

The Toy Building continues to serve as a centralized West Coast hub for private buyer meetings, media appointments, and industry networking, working in tandem with Toy Fair New York’s global marketplace by offering flexible solutions for seasonal exhibitors and brands seeking a permanent presence in El Segundo.
