Toy Fair® 2026 exhibitors are reminded to submit their renewal applications for the 121st Toy Fair, taking place February 20 to 23, 2027 at the Javits Center in New York City. In order to be included in the priority booth assignment round beginning in June, applications must be submitted by May 13.

Eligible exhibitors received two key communications outlining the process:

• On March 11, primary contacts were sent an overview of the renewal process, including details on loyalty points and booth selection.
  
  
• On April 1, companies received a unique application link via email with the subject line “Toy Fair 2027 Early Renewal Application Now Open” to complete their early renewal.

Companies that do not submit their application by the May 13 deadline will forfeit access to priority booth assignments. General exhibit space sales will open in June.

Exhibitors who did not receive the renewal emails or need to update their company’s key contact should reach out to their account executive as soon as possible: Simon Yung (companies beginning with A–M), or Michael Lynch (N–Z).
