The Toy Association is alerting members of an upcoming webinar hosted by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) eFiling team, taking place on Thursday, January 8 from 2 to 3 p.m. (Eastern). Click here to register.

The session will mark the six-month countdown to the full implementation of eFiling requirements for most regulated products and is designed to help companies prepare for the transition. During the webinar, the CPSC team will provide an overview of the eFiling program, outline what companies can expect in the coming months, and share available certification resources.

Toy industry professionals are encouraged to attend to stay informed on upcoming regulatory changes and prepare ahead of the implementation deadline. Toy Association staff will also attend the webinar and share guidance with members on additional preparation opportunities as the eFiling effective date approaches.
